Logging in

When you use Tables for the first time you will see a message saying that you are not authorised to use the service, and that you will need to log in to do so. You will see the same message once your user session expires, which happens after approximately one hour.

Please log in to use this service.

If you were signed in before, your session may have expired.

[Log in] [Reset]

Click the Log in button in this panel, which will take you to a login form. Enter your user account, your password and your OTP. If you are using this service from a virtual machine inside your project, you will not be prompted for your OTP. Once you have logged in successfully you will be returned to Tables.

Should you ever experience any error message while logging in, click Reset instead of Log in in the initial notification panel. This will reset your user session before trying to log you in.
